· Each give away consists of a single £50 Amazon Gift Voucher which may be issued as an e-voucher or physical voucher.
· There will be a total of six draws made over the promotion period that covers 1st April 2022 to 30th June 2022.
· There are no runners up prizes for any draw.
· There is no cash or credit equivalent for this offer.
· Standard customers will be determined by being to be B2C clients that have used a personal name for submission of any orders without including any company details, or B2B clients that are not in the same audio visual or related electrical sectors.
· Trade customers will be determined by being B2B clients that have used company details that fall within the audio visual or related electrical sectors.
· The first standard draw will be made on 2nd May 2022 to select the winner from April 2022. The entrants to the standard draw will comprise of any person that has completed a sale on any online platform that the company trades on. This will include the websites blaydoncomms.co.uk, justmics.co.uk, justloops.co.uk, and the eBay platform.
· The second standard draw will be made on 1st June 2022 to select the winner from May 2022. The entrants to the standard draw
will comprise of any person that has completed a sale on any online platform

· The third standard draw will be made on 1st July 2022 to select the winner from June 2022. The entrants to the standard draw will comprise of any person that has completed a sale on any online platform that the company trades on. · The first trade only draw will be made on 2nd May 2022 to select the winner from April 2022. The entrants to the trade draw will comprise of any person that has completed a sale on any online platform that the company trades on. trade orders placed via telephone with our sales staff. The trade entrant will not be included in the standard draw.

trade orders placed via telephone with our sales staff. The trade entrant will not be included in the standard draw.
· Any standard or trade customer that subscribes to the company newsletter during the promotional month will receive an entry into the respective draw. This will be in addition to the entry made due to a completed sale.
· Entries into any draw will only be submitted for UK residents aged 18 and over.
· No entries will be accepted for current employees of Blaydon Communications Limited or employees of their sister company North East Time Recorders Limited.
· All winners will be chosen at random.
· Only one voucher can be won during the promotion period. All subsequent entries for previous winners will not be included in any future draws.
· The winner of each draw will be notified within 7 days of the draw.
· Each winner will receive their voucher within 28 days of the draw.
· The details of each winner will be used for social media promotion, unless the winner does not wish for their details to be shared. This may include the use of their name and any user tags, but these will only be published with the permission of the winner.
