Audac PMQ600 WaveDynamics™ Quad-Channel 70/100V Power Amplifier (Dante Enabled)

The Audac PMQ600 is a WaveDynamics™ Quad-Channel 70/100V Power Amplifier, with an output power of 600W for each channel. PMQ Series Class-D Power Amplifiers feature WaveDynamics™ audio processing technology to ensure optimised loudspeaker performance. As well as their advanced features and availability in different output powers; paving a new standard for premium sound 100V amplification in public address applications. As with the SMA range, there are three distinct power levels per channel, ranging from 240W, 480W, and 600W respectively for the PMQ240, PMQ480, and the PMQ600.

By adding the optional ANI44XT card, you get not only Dante-enabled inputs but the ability to control the amplifiers via Ethernet with AUDAC Touch. Another useful benefit of the Audac PMQ600 is it’s WaveDynamics™ DSP processor, with a 2.5” LCD display. The combination of both presents an unmatched user experience with intuitive functions overview for easy configuration. Acoustics can be optimised using the filters selectable between Low/High & Band Pass and the 7-Band equalizer both with adjustable frequencies and Q-factor. Other provided functions are delay and dynamic bass boost. These settings can be custom configured from the front panel of the amplifier, whereby access can be given on two different levels (User & Administrator) using password or USB-key protection.

Configuration is made simple by utilising the loudspeaker presets and full system configurations –  selectable from a library and uploaded with a USB flash drive. This ensures the best acoustical performance with ‘bullet-proof’ loudspeaker protection. Enhanced input flexibility and source compatibility is offered via the input selection matrix, XLR, and terminal block signal connections. System integration is further streamlined using the RS-232 control port. Optional Dante™ interface is available for the WaveDynamics™ amplifiers. The installation of this network interface allows receiving and sending of low latency, high quality audio over a standard Ethernet network.
