The Clever Little Box TU-8A is an eight-channel Digital Timer Unit, and can be used as a ‘direct replacement for the Danfoss 841 and Danfoss 842 timer units’ or the ‘Randall 841 or Randall 842′ (as they were originally branded). The TU8A offers straightforward accessibility, and can be easily programmed for virtually any time switch application. This product features a sleek yet modern design; ideal for educational applications where the scheduled broadcast of tones, messages, alarms or recorded audio files/tracks is required on an ongoing basis.

In addition to being an ideal timer for schools, colleges, and other educational facilities, it is also a great device for timed switching of bells, sounders, and other devices in industrial and commercial applications. Provides NO (Normal Open) or NC (Normal Closed) relay contacts to each of its 8 Relay Outputs, with 10A capability at UK mains voltages or up to 24V DC applications.

A truly versatile solution which can even be used to control domestic devices, such as zoned under floor heating! This Timer Unit has been designed to provide programmed weekly event switching of 8 independent relay outputs – easily matching the Danfoss 841 and 842 channel capacity! Please Note: Pulsing Units for the TU-8A can also be bought alongside this product. These units perfectly replicate the pulsing that Danfoss 841 and 842 provides, but will need a certified electrician to fit and/or install them.
