Fire hoods help you maintain ceiling integrity after you’ve installed a flush mount ceiling loudspeaker. This ceiling speaker fire hood from Hoody will make sure your installations comply with relevant IEE and Building Regulations relating to the Fire and Acoustic integrity of a ceiling.

In addition to the superb 90 minute fire rating, these ceiling speaker fire hoods will provide some acoustic blocking too and stop some of the backwards audio from the ceiling speakers getting into the space and floors above the installation room.

Fire hoods are suitable for commercial and domestic installations and will be a necessity in some domestic dwellings such as three storey houses where they must be installed on the ground and first floors to comply with current regulations.
